Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production supervisor/manager to plan for shipments to meet customer deadlines.
- Assist the Production supervisor/manager with scheduling of the parts for manufacturing.
- Print production orders for manufacturing.
- Monitor the daily, weekly and monthly Production schedule.
- Monitor the schedule for parts that have been outsourced and work with Purchasing to ensure an on-time arrival of those parts for the scheduled shipments.
- Schedule parts to be sent out to plating vendors.
- Coordinate parts to be delivered to Assembly for shipment.
Attend daily Production meeting and report all shortages and discrepancies to Production Supervisor/ Manager
